This is Tina!: tribute to Tina Turner with Maureen Alberg

This is Tina! is a tribute to Tina Turner, the singer who went down in history as the Queen of Rock 'n Roll. She rose to fame with Ike & Tina Turner in the sixties and seventies and built a major solo career from the eighties onwards. Her final performances date from 2009. Tina Turner passed away on 24 May 2023, at the age of 83.

Who's on stage

The show revolves around Maureen Alberg, who takes on the role of Tina. And she isn't alone: This is Tina! brings along a nine-piece line-up. Alongside Maureen, there are two backing vocalists, who dance just as much as they sing, and six musicians. So you get a full live band, with guitars, bass, keys, drums and percussion, and a saxophone.

The repertoire ranges from the best-known hits to strong album tracks from Tina's career. The band plays everything live and aims for the sound and the atmosphere of the big stadium concerts with which Tina Turner won over millions of fans.
