GOLDEN EARRING tributeband BLOODY BUCCANEERS

LIVE With some 200 performances and around 50 Earring crackers in their repertoire, GOLDEN EARRING tribute band Bloody Buccaneers is one of the most popular tribute bands on the Dutch stages. In July 2015, over 9,000 people turned up for their two-and-a-half-hour Kasteeltuinconcert in Helmond. Incidentally, the band does not play exclusively in the Netherlands, but is also regularly invited to Belgian and German stages. BLOODY BUCCANEERS WITH CESAR ZUIDERWIJK AT THE GOLDEN EARRING FAN CLUB DAY In 2015, the immensely popular Golden Earring Fanclub organised a fan club day. The real Earring could not play because some Earring members had other commitments, so Bloody Buccaneers were asked and played that day with great success and with none other than Cesar Zuiderwijk as guest drummer, leaving the fans wildly enthusiastic. RADIO CONCERTS Bloody Buccaneers has also already played numerous live radio concerts, such as for the popular radio programme 'Parkroad Café' from De Boerderij in Zoetermeer. With this, the Buccaneers joined the ranks of earlier illustrious guests such as Jan Akkerman (Focus, Brainbox), Eelco Gelling (Cuby+Blizzards), Dany Lademacher (Hermans Brood), Robert-Jan Stips (Nits), and Thijs Van Leer (Focus). FANBASE On social media the band is hugely popular and has many Facebook friends. The Buccaneers' clips, mostly made by enthusiastic fans, have in total already been viewed over 100,000 times. Among the Buccaneers fans is also Pinkpop boss Jan Smeets, who even promotes the band on Radio 3FM and invited them to perform at his anniversary party. HITS & MORE It goes without saying that Bloody Buccaneers play all the big Earring hits such as "Twilight Zone", "When The Lady Smiles" and of course million-seller "Radar Love". But live classics such as "Another 45 Miles", "Back Home", "Going To The Run" and "Long Blond Animal" are also on the playlist. In addition, the band surprises Earring fans by regularly playing some less obvious album tracks.
