THE QUO – The Sound of Status Quo

THE QUO is a Belgian Status Quo tribute band that brings the authentic sound, energy and atmosphere of one of the greatest rock bands of all time to the stage. With a solid live sound, recognisable classics and a generous dose of rock 'n' roll, THE QUO guarantees a show that wins over both the loyal Status Quo fan and the wider audience.

The band has now been active for four years and consists of experienced musicians who know the Status Quo repertoire inside out. Three of the four band members were previously active in professional Status Quo Tribute Bands and also bring years of stage experience from festivals, town festivities, events and tours with various well-known artists. That combination of experience within the genre and on professional stages forms a solid foundation, but in the meantime THE QUO has developed a clear identity and sound of its own. The band therefore knows exactly what it takes not only to deliver musically, but also to win over an audience and take an event to a higher level. Among other things, THE QUO was a guest at the Bierfeesten in Oudenaarde.

What makes THE QUO special is the combination of musical quality and an authentic live experience. Ardent Status Quo fans who have seen the band at work respond with particular enthusiasm to the sound and live performance. The repertoire takes the audience along the greatest classics from Status Quo's impressive body of work, including Rockin' All Over the World, Whatever You Want, Down Down and many other crowd favourites. Not a static tribute, but an energetic rock show in which recognisability, atmosphere and live music take centre stage.
